This bug is similar to #387542. Are you sure that it is a bluetooth-alsa problem and not something more general? Can you check services (sdptool scan, sdptool browse <your headset mac>) on your headset and try to connect to any of them using "hcitool cc"? Also can you check if you have paired with device properly (using PIN) and if you can use l2ping to check if it respond.
