The fixed-upstream tag was added by bts-link; I told the author that I would prefer only setting "wontfix" when the upstream resolution is REJECTED, NOTABUG, or WONTFIX, but he thinks fixed-upstream is the only sane thing to do in the tool. But yeah, removing the fixed-upstream tags makes more sense, and bts-link wont set it again. -- Loïc Minier
