Yes, unfortunately I agree with this post. The docs are terrible with this package and I've given up trying to integrate it with exim4 and use it in general.
The package is pretty much useless, dspam_train does nothing and there's not output with regard to any of the command that indicates there is life. The official dspam docs are useless and this is the first Debian package I've completely given up on even though I've put a lot of effort into it.
