I have uploaded a fixed version into unstable now. It is not a perfect fix, but it allows you to have the vz directory in /opt/vz, /srv/vz, /var/lib/vz and /vz. You have to remove your symlink in order to make it work though. vzctl_3.0.11-14 is the fixed version.
