Package: kchmviewer
Version: 2.7-1

Issue:
kchmviewer bookmarks saved only after multiple tries.

Procedure:
Open kchmviewer, open MyFile.chm, create a bookmark (Ctrl-b, Ctrl-t, or menu),
(#1) and close kchmviewer. Binary MyFile.kchmviewer in ~.kchmviewer
contains bookmark string #1.

Reopen kchmviewer, open MyFile.chm, no bookmark displayed.
Close kchmviewer.

Reopen kchmviewer and MyFile.chm, create
a bookmark (#2), and close kchmviewer. Bookmark #2 in binary
MyFile.kchmviewer has replaced bookmark #1.

Reopen kchmviewer, open MyFile.chm. No bookmark(s) displayed.
Close kchmviewer.

Reopen kchmviewer, open MyFile.chm, create a bookmark (#3)
and close kchmviewer. Bookmarks #2 and #3 are now in
binary MyFile.kchmviewer.

Reopen kchmviewer, open MyFile.chm, bookmarks #2 and #3
are now displayed.

Notes:
Not a permissions problem. Behavior is repeatable with arbitrary
.chm files from various sources across multiple machines
running Etch and unstable.

Proposed resolution:
Fix bookmark save/read logic.

Environment:
- multiple, Debian Etch, Debian unstable (Kanotix and Sidux)
- multiple 686 kernels, 2.6.18-2.6.20
- multiple Intel machines with memory from 512-1024M
- adequate disk space at all times
- multiple KDE versions 3.5.3-3.5.5
- current kibchm1 0.39-2, KDE 3.5.5
