Pulaski County, Indiana, which switched to Central time zone last year during
the Indiana daylight savings shake-up, have changed their minds. This year
they're coming back to Eastern. tzdata 2007c contains this change.

I'm unable to confirm the existence of any Debian installations in Pulaski
County (I live one county over), and it's probably too late now to get the
update pushed out before the switch happens (it's about 30 hours away as I
write this). Sorry I didn't notice sooner...
