Ubuntu's netbase jumped the gun. Debian's netbase still depends on
inet-superserver, and inet-superserver depends on update-inetd. So,
depending `netbase' is enough to use update-inetd in Debian for now.

The Debian maintainer Taku, please use `openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver'
instead of `netbase, update-inetd' for Lenny (Etch+1) (and also Ubuntu).
Lenny's netbase will probably remove the dependency of inet-superserver.
