Found a fix.If you use a the source drivers from nvidia, nvidia will install it's own GLX driver, and rdesktop will work. However if xorg is updated, it will remove the nvidia GLX driver and replace it with a xorg GLX driver. This breaks rdesktop, solution is to reinstall the Nvidia source driver and it will put the nvidia GLX driver back.
