To reproduce: 1) Create a test queue (without an ampersand symbol) and add a ticket to it. 2) Verify that you can view the queue content with the link to the queue shown on the home page under "Quick search". 3) Rename the newly-created queue so that it contains an ampersand symbol. 4) Select that queue, again from the "Quick search" list of queues as per step 2. Desired behaviour: The ticket(s) shown in step 2 above should be displayed. Actual behaviour: The page renders correctly but the queue appears empty, as though no items exist in it. In case it's of use, I note that the URL in the browser bar contains an unescaped & symbol. If I change this to %26 then the queue is displayed normally.
