Sorry for the mistake in my address and in reporting. In any case in
Debian bts your original response to #410585 to cannot be seen, so I repeat
it here:

   I can reproduce the problem you describe with version 0.2-2, however
   in current version 0.2.3-1 the problem is solved.  Your example gets
   transformed without errors, and the resulting pdf looks as expected.

   Thus you may want to upgrade to the current version, which can be
   found in the experimental archive (due to the etch freeze).

Of course, it works now with the experimental version.
