Thanks for the information you provided. But it looks like you sent it from another machine (sun when the first report was on i386 nvidia). These daata are usefull to detect if anything failed while loading using the driver. Thus it should come from the broken box itself. Could you also send the output of the xvattr command (the package is available on marillat debian package repository). This gives detailed output on the xv settings used. Please warn us you don't have the hardware anymore or the bug is fixed long ago.
