It seems that now the problem occurs only on the second and subsequent
access to the same DjVu file.
The problem never occured for me in mozilla and firefox.
Using still the first link of
http://www.mimuw.edu.pl/~jsbien/KnapskiT/
I can reproduce the problem in three steps:
1. middle-click on the first link
2. closing the new tab, which displays the file correctly
3. the next and subsequent middle-clicks open new tab, but the plugin displayes
empty content
