'--debbuildopts' was a disaster since we couldn't get the space/quotes
parsing correctly, in different versions of pbuilder. Try giving a
maintainer name through debbuildopts, and get that option working in
both pbuilder-uml and pbuilder, and that's a difficult task. spaces
aren't always a command-delimiter.
'--debootstrapopts' supports 'spaces' through allowing multiple
'--debootstrapopts' to be specified.
