Trying another tactic, can you add this to /etc/apt/sources.list: deb http://people.debian.org/~lamont/postfix / And see if postfix-2.3.7-3~0 fixes the issue for you?

I just tried upgrading to 2.3.7-2 and it failed in the exact way described in bug #410871. Try to downgrade but without sucess. So I've used your repository and now works with 2.3.7-3~0 version.
