Does this occur only with the Powershot/gimp-edited pictures, or with all pictures? If the former, could you make the pictures, or others that achieve the same effect, available for me to test? Also, you mentioned mc. If you don't use mc to start gwenview, does it make any difference (I doubt it, but...). Thanks, Christopher Martin
