When checking something else I saw that reportbug would happily send
reports to [EMAIL PROTECTED] when invoked as `reportbug
$package' where $package is either locally created and installed or
not existing at all (in the latter case at least some hint is shown).

I'm not sure if this is the intended behaviour but I guess the BTS is
not exactly happy about such reports.
