Package: xscreensaver Severity: wishlist Hi,
Several users have requested support for xscreensaver hacks in gnome-screensaver (see bug 344559 and merged reports). For this to happen, it would be nice if xscreensaver could be split into two packages, one providing the actual xscreensaver infrastructure and one with the hacks (bug 344568). The xscreensaver hacks also need to provide .desktop files (translations from xscreensavers xml configuration) for gnome-screensaver to pick up the screensavers. This work has already been done by Ubuntu, it would be great if the same could be done in Debian. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-686 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
