I have finished encoding a different DVD - the same issue appears at the very end of the title. In actuality it seems it "over-encoded" the end of the title by several seconds. Turning off the option to delete incomplete encodings and canceling the encoding process yielded a seemingly flawless .ogg file - the "over-encoding" i described above is not evident. Perhaps Thoggen is not catching (a) certain signal(s) from gstreamer?
