These two characters are variants of already existing characters and
therefor have a lower priority.
I will encode them with the next release, but they are not important
enough to justify a "bugfix" before etch release. :)

and as you know, some input methods and some covert tools for
traditional<->simplified chinese have bugs, they generated these
improper characters, and these documents spreaded in the internet,
every time I read these documents, I saw a hollow box, and I must
guess what is.
