Hi This bug has two parts : 1- some files are not supported by pilot-link but pilot-link have an option to exclude them from the sync. 2- frontend using pilot-link or its libs have not implemented a way to use this exclude feature.
I would say that (1) would be tagged at wontfix or closed by with (2) this report may be cloned on pilot-link or pi libs clients so they implements this feature (which would at least avoid rendering them totally unusable due to backend segfaulting ). I would like reassigned to be done , maybe the frontend developpers where not aware of that (a simple context menu to blacklist a file would be enough).
