The following config-options from "/etc/imapd.conf" are not used when
invoking cyrus-imapd/pop3d:
- imap_tls_cert_file
- imap_tls_key_file
- pop3_tls_cert_file
- pop3_tls_key_file
Only tls_cert_file / tls_key_file is parsed and works, but prevents
using different certificates for imap and pop3.
I also tried the v2.1-style options (tls_imap_cert_file instead of
imap_tls_cert_file, ...) without success.
I'm using etch.
