haskell-mode has no debian/emacsen-install and debian/emacsen-remove
files (emacsen-startup is installed indirectly). Consequently,
haskell-mode is not byte-compiled for each installed flavour Emacs at
install time.
I also note that switch-to-haskell and run-haskell are not autoloaded
properly (the former is autoloaded as a function instead of a command,
and the latter is not autoloaded at all). I suspect this is as a
result of the lack of byte-compilation, but have not confirmed this.
