Terribly sorry, I haven't found this previous bug report before submitting mine. However, I am not sure to understand why this situation seems to be acceptable for you, as it makes using kqemu-source useless, except by holding kqemu-modules from upgrade. I agree that this situation does only happen in case the stock kernel is used in conjunction with kqemu-source, which is not the majority of its use, but still inconsistent. Cheers, Julien
