Please run gnomebaker with the --trace-on option and send me the output it produces when ejecting the media.
I've rebooted the system and this is what I got after baking: [0x8097698] [devices_eject_disk] [devices.c] [689] [0x8097698] [devices_get_device_config] [devices.c] [156] [0x8097698] [preferences_get_string] [preferences.c] [186] [0x8097698] [preferences_get_string] [ preferences.c] [186] devices_eject_disk - Ejecting media in [/dev/hdd] [0x8097698] [exec_set_outcome] [exec.c] [52] Interestingly, the usb partitions were not unmounted this time, so I could not replicate the problem any more. I guess some library was upgraded but did not get reloaded before reboot :-/
