Ok, it seems it's hopeless to think we can get ia32-libs-dev in time
for etch, as we need to wait for a new glibc upload before (see #407540).
I propose that we add the missing libs in ia32-libs _for runtime_ (patch
attached), and then build a wine package for amd64 in the same dirty way like
ia32-libs does (that's what Ove proposed, actualy).
If you like the idea, please do upload as soon as possible. I don't know how
long it'll take before the etch train leaves without us..
