You'll need to run pbuilder through 'linux64' program.
test this code snippet:
$ linux64 uname -m
x86_64
$ linux32 uname -m
i686
This probably needs to be documented somewhere since it's not obvious.
We've already got documentation for i386/amd64, we might want the
other way around too.
