Package: bacula-common
Version: 1.38.11-7
Severity: normal

Hi,

I just installed the virtual package bacula.

No I tried as in the tutorial described to run the bconsole.
Unfortunately I did not get a connection.

I was able to find the problem:
the deamon was listening on localhost:9... but the bconsole tried to
connect to <hostname>:9...

I agree having the servives only listening on localhost is secure, so
this is a good default setup, but in this case as well the clients
should connect to localhost.
