Actually, that video has an AAC soundtrack, the Debian packages for gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad are not compiled with FAAD support yet (for decoding this kind of file). The unofficial gstreamer0.10-plugins-really-bad package in debian-multimedia.org is compiled with FAAD.
