Package: libsane
Version: 1.0.18-3
Followup-For: Bug #399119

Hi guys!

Just came around to test Michal's patch. First I had some trouble
getting the package to build. Strangely, the SANE_DEBUG_EPSON variable
doesn't seem to have an effect anymore. Also, the library fails to find
/etc/sane.d/dll.conf unless I start it from within /etc/sane.d/.

Guess I just messed up the build process somehow. Anyways, I was able to
scan again with the patch applied, 1200 dpi and all. My scanner is detected as

device `epson:libusb:004:002' is a Epson CC-600PX flatbed scanner

Actually it is a Stylus CX-5200, but I guess these are pretty similar.

Thanks for investigating this issue... looking forward to have it fixed
upstream.

Happy new year!
Andre
