Hello, I've this same issue and have therefore downgraded to 3.0.22, which works nicely.
In this bug report there was suggestion to try without "wins support". Therefore I first commented out line "wins support = yes" and then even tried to set it as "wins support = no", but still same segfaults occured. So, my experience is that disabling wins support does not solve this bug.
