If you start apache2 with the init script, SSL is defined every time.  Not
that I disagree with this being a bug, because I see no real POINT in
defining SSL, and then testing for it, but it should still work as things
currently stand.

(To get -DSSL from apache2ctl, use "apache2ctl startssl")
