If you mean that you ran md5sum on the iso and this is the result,
that's a good thing.  If you haven't you should.

According to MD5SUMS that's correct for the 2006/12/13
        debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso
        (the MD5SUMS file is in the same directory as the iso images to
        which it referrs).

Its the isolinux directory that contains what will be the CD's boot
block (or something like that).  When you burn a CD it is helpful to
verify the burn.  It sounds like a bad burn.

At least if you have a valid (MD5SUM verified) iso file its quick to
burn a new CD (and verify this time).
