I don't have another machine to test on, and I really don't want to take down my mailserver to test older versions. I remember, however, that this problem came up some time ago, but I didn't find the time to report it and hoped it would go away 'automatically'. I've only been running Dovecot for 3-4 months, though, so I have no idea whether it worked before that time. Thanks!
