Hi,
after #342261, you have two different versions of libtool in your package.
Please update both libtool and libltdl (from package libltdl3-dev)
by this recipe:
cp -v /usr/share/libtool/libltdl/* libltdl/
mv -v libltdl/configure.ac libltdl/configure.in
sed -i s/configure.ac/configure.in/ libltdl/Makefile.in
libtoolize -c -f
aclocal-1.7
autoheader
automake-1.7
autoconf
