/usr/share/wwwconfig-common/pgsql-dropuser.sh misses a line use_dbuser=false right after the pgsql.get script has been included. Without that line pgsql-dropuser.sh tries to remove a user with the priviliges of a normal database user who usually doesn't have sufficient access rights.
