Could you send me the before and after config file? Could you also tell me which version you upgraded from? I tested both a standard upgrade from sarge as well as an upgrade from a custom installation (different user than clamav), and both turned out fine. I'm curious as to what might have gone wrong with your setup. It's pretty difficult trying to cover all bases.
