I don't have the binary package around any longer, and there are no guarantee that rebuilding the package create the exact same package. Does the file /usr/share/python-support/solfege.dirs exist? If not, does it help if you create the file by running # echo "/usr/share/solfege" > /usr/share/python-support/solfege.dirs as root.
