Same bug existed with Apache 2.0.x. I just thought that it might be
something as simple as extra / in the end of ProxyPass directive. You can
actually see the same bug in action by using it directly like
http://localhost:8002//
vdradmind shouldn't crash when given bad url. This looks more like a DoS
condition (for example autotimers won't work when vdradmind isn't running)
