I hope there is still time, sorry for the late reply. :-)
Attached you will find the Brazilian Portuguese translation for
radioclk po-debconf, it is UTF-8 encoded, tested with msgfmt (3t) and
also with podebconf-display-po. (The file attached is also gzipped).
