Package: gstreamer0.10-pitfdll Version: 0.9.1.1+cvs20060515-1 Severity: minor
The URL for the essential codec pack from MPlayer has changed. BTW, it seems some codecs have recently been removed from the pack because MPlayer now supports them natively. Does that mean it would be better to get an older version (older than 20061022) if one is using some other player (totem, xine et c)? If so, it would be nice if it was mentioned in the README.Debian file. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17 Locale: LANG=sv_SE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=sv_SE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages gstreamer0.10-pitfdll depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.12.4-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgstreamer-plugins-base0 0.10.10-2 GStreamer libraries from the "base ii libgstreamer0.10-0 0.10.10-2 Core GStreamer libraries and eleme ii libstdc++6 4.1.1-19 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libxml2 2.6.27.dfsg-1 GNOME XML library Versions of packages gstreamer0.10-pitfdll recommends: pn w32codecs <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
