When using k3b on my iMac G5, I am not able to blank CD-RWs. Apparently, it starts wodim with the following options: wodim -v gracetime=2 dev=ATAPI:/dev/hda speed=4 -tao driveropts=burnproof -eject blank=fast -force This fails and the CD-RW gets ejected. However, wodim -blank=fast just works.
