If this has been discussed already, it would make sense to provide a
pointer to or a summary of the discussion in debian/copyright.

The issue of font source code is somewhat murky, I think. The current
debian/copyright indicates the fonts are covered by the GPL, so the source
code to the fonts should be provided, or (to be clear about this issue)
a note that the current format is considered to be the source code.
The authorship and copyright ownership of the fonts needs to be noted 
somewhere also, unless they were created by the roxen3 authors.
