it has been a while, but i have solved my problem.
1. step: i installed apache2 with libapache2-mod-php5
2. step: i installed postgresql and phppgadmin
during step2 my computer installs
-libapache-mod-php4
-postgresql-7.4
-php4-pgsql
- ...
so i installed postgresql-8.1, phppgadmin and php5-pgsql explicit
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^
and my server did not try to install the old packages like libapache-mod-php4
and php4-pgsql etc.
