Parsing of undecoded UTF-8 will give garbage when decoding entities at /usr/bin/checkbot line 1159, <CURRENT> line 316. (the latter line ... varies of course). As stated on http://search.cpan.org/dist/HTML-Parser/Parser.pm this is probably a bug in checkbot as it should set the appropriate options. Best, Michael
