Package: autofs Version: 4.1.4-12 Followup-For: Bug #396191 It seems that the kernel does not always return EROFS but sometimes also EACCESS on the mkdir. That is at least what I am seeing here now with 2.6.19-rc3. The best solution IMHO would be to rip out my patch from 393663 and apply the one from kernel.org. I have just tested this patch and it is working fine for us.
