1. dietlibc is used for security reason. As vserver-utils are used to chroot into chroots where root is much less powerful, it might be a bad idea security wise to use glibc which could e.g. load libnss-libs. 2. in a different context, upstream told me that there are no reserved syscalls on arm and hppa. That may mean for us that this package should not be built there, as the syscalls may be different for different kernels (but as I'm not a kernel expert, I might just be totally wrong). If that is the case, I think the package should only be built on archs that have an explicitly agreed syscall by upstream, and P-a-s should be changed.
