It is a debian testing chroot. This is from the chroot:

I get the profile manager window if I run firefox with
-ProfileManager. But the main window never appears.

I tested to run firefox from the 32-bit chroot with display set to a
vncserver, also running in the 32-bit chroot. This works fine!

The problem seems to be related to the X-server, but as firefox can
open the profile manager window should the main window also work...
