I can suspect that something got wrong in the TDB file that stores the
printer settings. I don't have an operational print server handy right
now, but you should look in /var/lib/samba, stop samba, move
ntprinters.tdb aside, restart samba and, if needed "reinstall" your
printer.

I've occasionnally had such corrupted file....
