Package: aptitude
Version: 0.2.15.8-1
Severity: normal

Hi,
in the last two or three weeks aptitude stopped to purge dowloaded packages
in /var/cache/apt/archives when the 'Clean package cache' command is used from
the menu in interactive mode.

aptitude clean from the command line keeps working.
