Package: latex-cjk-all

The description of the package says "See the latex-cjk-base package for a
detailed description". However, that package does not exists.
Since other packages latex-cjk-* refer to latex-cjk-common, I guess this is a
misprint: latex-cjk-base should be replaced with latex-cjk-common.
